Ken Blott brings 30 years of international experience in strategy, portfolios, risk, integrated economic evaluation and change management to the executive team and clients of Caesar Systems.
He sharpened his leadership skills as vice president of strategy and business planning for Shell Unconventional Resource Energy (SURE), and prior to that, served in a wide range of technical, business and commercial leadership roles at Shell since 1981. He has lived in Nigeria, Gabon, Turkey, The Netherlands and the UK, with international experience covering many other parts of the world. Ken joined Caesar Systems in 2009 and works with clients on business development strategy, portfolio and risk strategies, as well as resource development projects.
Ken earned a bachelor of science degree with honors in civil engineering from Newcastle in 1981, and completed an MBA program at Leiden University in 1990. He enjoys travel, running marathons and activities with his two daughters.
